Creative baking!  I was fortunate enough to discover a  cookie dough back in the 80's that was like working with clay - though much, much tastier - so I was able to work with it and make anything I could think of into a cookie.  Christmas animals, Halloween characters, Mother's Day pairs, Football season . . . there's no end.
